PDWA Membership subscription checkout information: 
We accept all major debit/credit cards, PayPal, bank transfer / direct debit and cheque payment. 

Bank transfer - please select "Invoice Me" payment option at the checkout. Payment information will be included on your Order Acknowledgement email as well as in the Members Area once you have set up your account and log back in.

Direct debit payment option available for subscriptions of £60.00 or over, direct debit provider is Go Cardless Ltd, with payment spread over 3 months. Please select "Invoice Me"  payment option at the checkout. Direct Debit registration information will be included on your Order Acknowledgement email as well as in the Members Area once you have set up your account and log back in.

Please note - Within one working day of receipt of payment / notification confirming completion of direct debit mandate you will receive 3 system emails: Order Acknowledgement providing details on what to do next; Account initiation letting you know that your members area account has been created where you can edit your public profile, download your documents* and which documents we need to see to verify your membership; and account password link. Thank you!
*We must activate your Members Area account before you can download documents.


How we process your membership application:

All PDWA memberships are verified by ourselves, for this we need to see evidence of the following documents.
Business insurance (plus employers’ liability insurance if you have any helpers/volunteers or employees) plus any one of the following:
HMRC acknowledgement that you are self-employed (Unique Tax Reference / UTR) or HMRC employers' reference
or
Letter of confirmation of the same from your accountant
or
Disclosure service verification if you have not yet registered with HMRC
or
Certificate of incorporation if you are a limited company;
Within one working day of receipt of payment you will receive an Order Acknowledgement requesting the above documents together with detailed information about how and where to send them.
Once the verification process is complete we will send out your full membership pack, usually within 15 working days from verification
